ELITE Inc. was founded by Joseph Grande, a trusted leader, educator, facilitator, and community builder with more than 25 years of public service experience and over 20 years of training and instructional experience.
Joseph has worked across Paramedic Services, Fire Services, 311 Toronto, Public Health, and Recreation. His professional background includes emergency services, training supervision, occupational health and safety, project supervision, facility operations, customer service, youth mentorship, and hands-on renovation experience. Joseph also has training in appliance repair with the Appliance Technical Institute of Canada.
Joseph created ELITE Inc. because he believes many young people learn best by doing. He understands that hands-on learning can build confidence, discipline, focus, teamwork, and pride — especially for students who may not always connect with traditional classroom learning.
As a leader, Joseph is customer-centric, compassionate, honest, empathetic, and committed to creating a safe and respectful environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and capable. Parents can trust that ELITE Inc. is built on safety, integrity, communication, and care.
