Empowering Life through Instruction, Tools & Education (ELITE Inc.) — is a youth-focused skilled trades and life-skills development organization created to help students learn real skills, build real confidence, and create real opportunities for their future.
Through hands-on, project-based learning, ELITE Inc. introduces students to tool safety, measuring, layout, drilling, fastening, woodworking, basic construction skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal responsibility in a safe, supervised, and encouraging environment.
Our flagship program, NextGen Trades Camp, is designed for students in Grades 7–12 who want to explore practical skills, build confidence, and experience the satisfaction of creating something with their own hands.
ELITE Inc. is more than a trades camp. It is mentorship, leadership, safety education, confidence-building, and real-world learning with purpose.

This unique initiative brought together 6 elementary and 12 high school students from St. Ambrose, St. Leo’s, The Holy Trinity, Saint-Frère-André and Father John Redmond to learn advanced skilled trades.
Please note that the heavy power tools pictured above will not be used during our upcoming July 2026 camp. The July camp is a foundational, introductory program designed for safety and basic skill-building.
Students in the July 2026 NextGen Trades Camp will focus exclusively on mastering essential manual and light cordless tools, including:
- Measuring tapes and levels
- Hammers and screwdrivers
- Wrenches and handsaws
- Cordless drills
- Palm and orbital sanders
