ELITE Inc. provides hands-on skilled trades, woodworking, tool safety, and life-skills programs for youth. Our services include:
NextGen Trades Camp and Workshops
A hands-on summer camp and after-school workshop experience for students in Grades 7–12. Students learn practical tool skills, safety awareness, teamwork, and project-building in a structured and supportive environment.
Youth Skilled Trades Introduction Programs
Beginner-friendly programs that introduce students to measuring, layout, drilling, fastening, hand tools, power tools, woodworking, and basic construction concepts.
Tool Safety and PPE Training
Students are taught the importance of personal protective equipment, safe tool handling, workspace awareness, respect for equipment, and safe work habits.
Project-Based Learning
Students build real projects using practical skills. Each project is designed to help students gain confidence, follow instructions, solve problems, and take pride in their finished work.
Leadership, Teamwork, and Confidence Building
ELITE Inc. programs help students develop communication, patience, responsibility, resilience, and collaboration through hands-on group learning.
School, Church, and Community Partnerships
ELITE Inc. is interested in partnering with schools, churches, community organizations, skilled trades professionals, sponsors, and local businesses to expand youth access to skilled trades learning.

ELITE Inc. will be expanding to after-school workshops in the fall of 2026, March Break programs, one-day clinics and parent-focused events.
